IVD-SD Standard Volumetric Dough Divider
A volumetric divider is made for dividing a large volume of dough into consistently sized portions for production with virtually no human input or training required.
With piston sizes available in increments of 10mm from 60-150mm, the divider can be setup for dividing dough into quantities from 0.7oz to 58.2oz (20-1650g). There are four different hopper sizes and a pressure hopper for your dough capacity and hydration needs. The optional accessories allow the machine to be further customized for the needs of your specific application.
A volumetric divider turns into the perfect dough ball making machine with the help of a Roundi. The dough is separated into equal portions, and the conveyor deposits it into the Roundi for perfect rounding.
