Made with a durable double vibrated refractory stone, unique to our ovens, the baking surface is able to perform at very high temperatures, Malagutti ovens heat quickly and evenly to produce consistent pizzas.

Temperature
Easily reaches 1000°F allowing you to bake your pizza in ninety seconds or less.
No Heat Lost
Insulated like no other, Malagutti ovens are cool to the touch on the outside, while cooking at high temperatures on the inside. Malagutti ovens maintain temperature and heat up rapidly.
Controls
Digital or touch screen controllers provide precise temperature and rotation speed settings.
Ready To Go
Ovens can be delivered pre-cured, saving setup time, or can easily be cured on site after installing by using the built in curing function on the oven.
Rotating Baking Surface
A static baking surface is ideal for the experienced pizza master who loves tradition and self-regulated work. Modern, fast-paced and high production ventures require a rotating oven that is easy and efficient to use.


Pizza Making With A Rotating Oven
Set the timer to the desired amount of baking time for your pizza (ie. 90 seconds).
The oven will rotate on the SLOW setting, allowing you to place one pizza in the oven at a time.
Press START. The the baking surface will begin to rotate at a faster speed, perfectly baking the pizza evenly, without the need to monitor and turn the pizza. Once the timer is complete, the oven will beep, automatically spin at the slower speed, and allow you to unload the pizzas from the oven
